Closing the Bones Ceremony is celebrated by rocking and wrapping the mother's hips and abdomen with the rebozo cloth. By doing this, this removes the tension in the joints of the pelvis and lower spine and aligning the pelvic floor. A gentle massage of the womb is provided to alleviate any stagnant tension.
